About Anton Decker

Born and raised in Johannesburg, South Africa, I grew up surrounded by medicine, questioning from an early age how healthcare could be improved—a pursuit that has shaped my career.

Having worked as an executive in some of the most prestigious global healthcare organisations, I am well versed at bridging the gap between the clinical and the commercial. Whether in the backstreets of Mumbai, Mexico, or Johannesburg or on the world stage with business executives, clinicians, and policymakers, I navigate diverse environments with ease. 

Now, as Founder and CEO of Decker Health LLC, I help companies find innovative solutions to complex challenges by looking beyond traditional healthcare for answers—leveraging an expansive, interdisciplinary network to solve problems in new ways. If there’s a better way to do things, I will find it. 

I move between cultures, industries, and disciplines, bringing together ideas that drive meaningful solutions. My inspiration to innovate can be found everywhere—literature, places, and extraordinary individuals who dare to challenge the norm.
